I think the best solution for this team may be is a lotter pick for next season. We can pick a good point guard.

I bet we will trade him for Andre Miller or someone like that.

Let's go ahead and tank the season for an unknown commodity.

A lottery pick like Rudy Gay? A point guard like Aaron Brooks? Neither will play for RA, who would still play Alston and Bonzi over both.

We have 5 point guards already (If you count Adelman's wierd Luther Head project) , I would rather trade Rafer/Mike for a decent point guard like Andre Miller, or we could trade them for draft picks (So that we can open up more salary to get a good free agent 4.5 mil for Rafer 5.8 for James then with the expiring contracts that will give us around 7-8 million) We can pick up a good player with the money we have getting rid of those players.

A rookie PG is never the answer. Remember Mobley manning the point? Embarrassing. And we aren't getting Derek Rose. I don't even know why I am commenting here.

    Frustration

PG? We're missing height. We need 2s and 3s, not another midget, out there on the court.

    Let's see...

    Eddie Griffin over Richard Jefferson...

Jason Collier (and eventually Nachbar who we wouldn't play) over Pryzbilla

Shane Battier (while not getting Memphis' #24) over Rudy Gay...

No thanks. Let's forget the Lottery.

The way we are playing right now, we will have a lottery pick.
