Horrible National Anthem

    Anyone else hear the horrible rendition of the national anthem that some girl attempted to sing at the Warriors game Saturday night? I heard it on ESPN and again on ch 2 tonight. My ears are still bleeding.

    It was so bad I saw it on the news here in London! The most terrible part was the woman stopping and then laughing and then apologizing. She should have just finished quickly...

    You may indeed not like America's national anthem but who the hell cares about Sweden's or any other Scandinavian country's national anthem for that matter. As soon as Sweden becomes the world's greatest country you can start with the national anthem insults but until then keep it, your meatballs, and IKEA to yourself. On the other hand start sending the chicks over immediately. By the way I'm not for the National Anthem to actually be broadcast anyway my patriotism doesn't need any help from sporting events. Also what do they play for Toronto games?

    Legendary21...you can kindly shut your ****ing mouth. Or, next time you hear that anthem you can silently say a thank you that your not speaking German if you like instead. Whichever you prefer.

    It was some teenager. I'm not sure who. I didn't hear it, but I heard the Golden State Warriors players couldn't stop from laughing as she sang it.

    Hey Lil, I haven't checked yet, but I'm sure audiogalaxy.com has it up there. They usually have things like that for download 24 hours after it happens.

    I'm not a singer, but from what I've heard, few singers have the range to properly sing the "Star Spangled Banner". Personally I'd prefer some other song like America the Beautiful or This Land is Your Land as our national anthem.

    Instead of "still gleeming" she sang "still glooming" among many other mistakes.

    OMG That was indeed the most awful, pitiful, sorry, lame, a$$wipe, and every other negative thng you could possibly say national anthem performance ever!!! :(

    holy mother of jesus....what in the HELL was she doing out there? our local hockey team gets good people every game....why cant a NBA team do the same?

    Did she win a raffle contest where the winner gets to sing the national anthem at a warriors game or something??
