Rafer played decent tonight but he is not a born leader. Francis has the heart, intensity and hustle that needs to be on the court with Yao and especially Tracy. Francis will be so aggressive that it will pump up the players around him like he did in the Suns game. Bob Sura had that effect on this team and so does Steve. The only heart this team has is on the bench.

    that's a good starting combo.

Soft yao + soft Tmac + crispy french fries...

Actually you need Francis to cover for both Yao or Tmac when they are out.

The problem is on the 2nd unit there is no one that is facilitating the offense.

Luther, James both suck at it, and Francis is next in line...then Brooks.

Brooks may be the overall answer - but not yet.

    rafer sucks.
I FEEL PHYSICAL PAIN EVERYTIME I SEE THE STARTING LINE UP.

ADELMAN IS TRYING TO PUT ALL THIS TOGETHER WITH VAN GUNDY PLAYERS!!

Francis is the answer. I have never been a die hard Francis fan. He cant shoot. With that said, Nothing is worse than Rafer and this team has no heart. The thing I have always admired about Francis is his heart, his will to win, and his toughness. We are going to have to make some kind of trade though.

Steve is the answer, but not now. I think he needs to find his groove in Rick's rotation. Early in the season Rick wants Yao and Tmac to get going, and they have. The problem with SF3 is that he is only effective if he plays massive amounts of minutes. When Yao and T start to lose pace we will see SF3 enter the game, until then, we have to wait.

To be honest, I don't think Francis is Adelman kind of player. Just look at his old kings team. Every player was pretty smart, although all kinda soft.

I know what you're getting at with Peja, Webber, and Vlade. But I don't think anyone would ever consider - BJax, DChristie, and Bibby soft. RAdelman playing Bonzi/Artest wasn't exactly soft either.

Forget Francis, we have seen him enough. Let's give Brooks a chance.

If steve can still dribble the ball pass the half court, he is better than RAFER!

Start Francis and AB to back him up off the bench. Synder for takes Bonzi's minutes.

Starters: T-Mac, Yao, Scola, Battier, Francis

    Bench: Hayes, AB, Synder, MJ

I would like to try this for next 6 games and see what this can do. If things don't improve then another damn trade should be in the works.
