Francis gets his minutes and he'd still give you 20/6/6 just like those last 4 games he had in NY. I don't get why he's not playing at all. BS!

Hayes played better D on Dirk tonight. Scola was having problems guarding Dirk. Overall when Mcgrady plays, he just slows down things so much on offense that it hard to get open looks Scola has the other night. They closed him down tonight when he got the ball so he was really ineffective

Thats true but someone has to hit the shots! How many shots did Rafer, Bonzi, James, etc. hit? Not Many. I think Yao is the best center in the league and works harder than anyone on the team. Tracy is a top 5 player in the league but he has no heart and folds under pressure. I think overall there both great but everyone else on this team sucks. This has to be the worst shooting team in the league outside of Yao and Tracy. I mean are best shooter is a 7'6 Center. That is sick. We cant find one good shooter anywhere in the league? We just need some jabroni to knock down wide open threes!!!!!!!!

We should boycott the rockets! They are just so unbelievably sloppy and weak. We'll never get to the playoffs the way we're playing. One more game and we're below .500
I seriously hope we just belong to the eastern conference because that is the only way we'll ever excel and show promise. ;)
So sad because this team has been so hyped up and we were led to believe that we are a championship contender. Yeah right?!! So, so, so disappointing!!

This lose and most of them are all on Adelman most of the teams that beat us are teams with a better bench or really a better rotation. Adelman refuses to play Francis or Snyder who both looked better than Fonzi Wells especially against athletic teams like Phoenix and Dallas. When TMAC goes to the bench we need to play a drive and kick game our two best drivers Synder and Francis why they are not playing is beyond me. Mike James is a finisher not an initiator of offense not bad when TMAC is in the game but when on the bench no one else playing is a big enough threat as a scorer to play of James. A line up of Steve and Luther or James would do wonders for our bench Harris and Terry you have Terry as the shooter and Harris as the driver. They may not be as good but they will at least have a better chance of keeping a lead, does not work with Rafer because not a threat as a shooter or driver. Rick should know this!

By the way everyone they are not running the actual Rick Adelman offense. A good question at this point is then what is Rick Adelman doing? Not running a new offense and not having a good rotation resulting in tired players at the end of games sounds a lot like Jeff to me. That said Rick should be fired but should be forced to start doing his job in terms of playing the most talented players and running his offense.

In fact, we still lost because of offense. The last min, we can't make a shot, and let Mavs run fast.

In addition, I think Yao still doesn't know Tmac. It seems Yao always think Tmac would attack the rim, so he left space under basket. Thus, when Tmac missed jump shot, Yao could not get rebound.

    1. How many times in the final minutes did Tmac penetrate the D and then dish it out to rafer or battier. ITS ON YOU TMAC. Finish at the rim. Passing the ball to a 20% wide open 3 shooter in a CRUCIAL possesion when you could have a layup, or dunk, or chance to get fouled is a total WOMAN PANSY move.

    2. Luther head is horrible seriously horrible, he has no idea what he is doing out there, he is way out of his league.

    3. Rafer should never be allowed to take heat check shots. I hope he gets benched for that

    4. Devin Harris is the most hated. Steve Francis would have layed him out if he was on the court.

If T-Mac hit that shot nobody would be complaining. If he would have drove and been hurt more, every one would have been mad. Unless this dude plays perfect you guys hate!

I mean yeah sometimes Mac takes too many jumpers. And sometimes Yao doesn't play to his size enough, but jeez what do you want these guys to do? be Perfect EVERY NIGHT? 30 and 15 from Yao is perfect for me, and 15,7, and 12 is great from Mac. I mean He has an injured elbow on his shooting arm but he still got that line!

I understand everyone is frustrated right now but remember--long season and this is our hardest month. It'll get better.

Am I the only one that thinks Tracy is faking another injury? I mean how many elbow nerve injuries do you hear of? He keeps talking about it like its a bid deal in the media but the trainers are saying its not a big deal. Man up Tracy! He is a great player, but until he gets the killer (Jordan, Kobe) Instinct. He will be just another good player and the Rockets will be like the Jazz of the 90's. Two great players with nothing to show for it!

We were 10-18 on threes outside of T-Mac (who was 1-5 in this game). Shooting wasn't the problem. Rafer, Luther, Mike, and Battier all had above average shooting games (for this season).

I thought the starters were excellent, when matched up against their starters. But when T-Mac went to the bench and was replaced by Bonzi or Head, we just stunk. That just shows how terribly those two are playing right now. And at the end, the Mavs smartly went small to counteract Yao. Yao (surprise) got burned twice with the pick and roll, and then T-Mac settled in the clutch and that was the game.

Rafer shooting heat checks? I dont think he has ever made more than 3 shots in a row. I mean I have seen Scola shoot better in a game in his short career than Rafer has in his entire career!
    Heat check that is funny.

Scola has trouble against athletic teams played really good against Utah and San Antonio. He has to gain confidence, is a better shooter and driver right now than post player that is when he played well when he was looking for his jump shoot. His shot selection was terrible tonight.
