    yet i think it was smittpurple claiming yao would be our best player by the end of the year. :rolleyes:

    McGrady plays his @$$ off for this team. He makes yao a better player.

    TMAC is by far the best pg for rockets. He can setup everyone especially Yao!

    Rafer Alston was having a great game before that...

    Adelman got mad and told him to give the ball to Tmac... and the way he does it... was horrible. Then he walked up slowly... wtf...

    i'm one of the biggest rafer supporter but... he don't need to see any more time for the rest of the game. Put in Steve Francis!

    Tracy comes up big in the 4th, he won't let the Rockets lose !!

    tmac plays 40+ mins in the playoffs anyways. and last yr, our role players sucked even when tmac was on the floor.

    today, the team plays better w/ him. so that's good.

    tmac rarely sits in big games anyways

    I'm sold.

    Can we move Luther and Rafer for a PG who can handle the ball and shoot an average percentage? I'm not looking for an All Star but I would like a guy who can make a pass and hit a shot without me feeling like I'm witnessing the best game of the guy's career.

    I think it's a point guard issue more than just a role player issue in general. Scola is good. Battier is good. Hayes is effective.

    All of the points on this team are not good.

    Unfortunately, it appears that Yao needs Tmac to control the tempo or else the defenses just front him. I think a great PG would become really great here as a great PG would be able to penetrate and dish. Rafer and James is not the answer to this. I don't know if Francis is but obviously rafer and james aren't.

    Yeah...but if the rest of the team dont give Tmac any help..by seasons end our two stars will be wore out because of our role players....Alston misses a three to prove my point..
