Good sources are telling me a prominent Houston Rocket was booked for DUI (or DWI) last night.

I'll post his name once this is confirmed and then confirmed again.

Now it's time to play "Name that Drunk Driver"

I bet it was Kevin "We Need to Play as a Team" Willis...

Actually it was probably Langhi, if my team sucked this bad and I still couldn't get playing time, I'd drink a lot too...

You really can't blame somebody on the Rockets falling off the wagon after a losing streak like this...

    I need a beer...

While I know your comment was in jest, drinking a beer is one thing, driving afterwords is another. I think DWI is taken too lightly and that a first offense should mandate stripping of the drivers lisence for at least 6 months no questions asked. I couldn't give a toot about Taylor's pot use because he wasn't hurting anyone. If this report is true, however, I will have no respect for whichever Rocket did this...

One question though: If this happened last night why is it taking so long to find out who it happened to? When Rudy T and Pippen were stopped didn't the news break almost immediately?

Willis is a health nut, probably doesn't drink anything stronger than orange juice.

Yeah I wasn't serious about Langhi or Willis. Just thought Willis wanted to follow his "we need to be a team" talk by joining Mo in the getting in trouble with illegal acts department.

Honestly there's only 2 prominent Rockets on this team, maybe 3 if you include Rice...

My bet would be on Francis. Don't know why.

I just hope it's not Eddie Griffin. That would be a friggin disaster.

My money is on Kenny Thomas as the offender.

Actually, that one is more probable than my previous guess. I am going to replace my old bet with this one.

I'm told it was Francis by a good source. I don't have a lot of details yet.

    The nightmare....

I guess this is what we get for keeping Jason Collier on the injured list.

Man, half of the daily newflashes on NBA.com are about the rockets. Cuttino's $7,500 fine, Mo's drugs and Ocar's ass kickcing. Nice to see, in a way.

It's no surprise that this coincides with Master P being in town.

    Pernicious stereotype reinforced; ugh.

Damn, that is the biggest possible desaster.

And it proves again that my intuition never fails...and that I should better to stick to my first idea!!

This will go great for that reputation he's been trying to clean up...

If/When Old School gets confirmation, I've got a topic worth bringing up.
