Quit your freaking whining kid. I almost never lose my temper, but tonight you did it in.

The Rockets at least played with heck of a lot of heart and intensity. Against a Spurs team only missing Robert Horry and on their home court. Who the hell are we missing? Tracy McGrady. We are missing $19 million worth of talent there. So unless you want to dump more toxic negativity onto everything you post, I suggest you wipe your presence out from this board and move to Mavericks forum, the Suns or the Celtics, or whichever god forsaken team you think is not mediocre.

Luther lost the game for us. If he had passed the ball to Yao, we might've had shot at winning.

we cant make our shots, everybody standing around on offense.... worst of all, guards taking wild shots (and rafer made some of those, surprisingly)....

scola had a nice game, but our guards still ignore him alot of times...

when they were doubling yao, we gotta be more creative

Yao does VERY VERY well against Duncan one on one. Last couple of games he has played him straight up and looked very good.

The only reason Yao struggled early was because they were fronting him. Late in game he was aggressive and made some great moves against Duncan. Duncan got his early points in first half while guarded by hayes and Scola.

This is the reason Rockets can compete with Spurs in playoffs. He can neutralize or be better than Duncan. Whether he does it is up to him.

ESPN was all gaudy at halftime over Duncan. At the end of the game, Steven Smith was not even there. Coward ran away.

It's a loss but I will take it.

I saw great ball movement. I saw great attacking of the basket. I saw Scola grow up. I saw fire and passion from Scola. I saw Battier being aggressive on offense for a change.

Unfortunately I also saw Rafer floater and clanked 3 pointers at crucial times. I saw Milke James with some ridiculous attempts. I saw Head, despite some great plays, with brain farts. I also saw the usual problematic fronting defense against Yao.

From the Spurs perspective. Good win but the one that got away..........

    Scola.

I really cannot see Adelman anything better than JFG till now.
Yao is a good defender on Duncan, but why did not let him defend Duncan in the first quarter?
The guards continued their miserable play tonight. Will SF3 be any worse than them?
The only comfort is that Scola played great.
Really miss tmac. He could make the game much easier for Yao and could pass the ball easily to Yao.

Did Mike James ever intend to pass ball out? This guy is a total knucklehead.

Yao again proves that he is the worst officiated player in the league, on both ends...

It's just not going to happen. Adelman looks as stubborn as JVG on this point. 43 minutes for Rafer tonight. It seems the worse Rafer shoots, the more minute he gets. He had that stretch early in the fourth quarter where he drove to the hole 3 straight times and scored layups. I don't know what the odds of that happening are, but it's got to be astronomical.

He made some good passes tonight ... I liked a couple of his drive and dishes he made that resulted in quick scores. But overall, pretty much the same thing from Rafer that you see on most nights.

Scola was the great news. Battier was much better, as was Mike James. Bonzi was scary bad... saw little time, surprisingly.

I actually feel better about this loss than the wins over Bobcats and Bucks.
The way we took it to the defending champ at their home is just encouraging to say the least. This is the Scola we have all been waiting for. If he keeps the confidence he showed tonight, the rest of league watch out!

Yao didnt have a good game, but you gotta love his emotion at the end. A dubious call on him, and he scored the next. This is the type of game to spark your season.

Now down to the negatives. I thought both James and Bonzi drove a little too hard on their own. Love the aggression, but gotta have better shot selection. Way too many long bomb from Wells too.

    Good showing of competitveness tonight.

first off u FOF's need to stop blaming adelman for everything. im sure he told the team we needed a 3, its just rafer decided to take the 2. ive been in situations myself where my coach ran a play to get me a 3 but instead i drove in for a 2 (which was stupid). if anything blame rafer. :D

You do that and you will have Yao on bench in foul trouble in first 5 mins of the game.

Rafer couldn't shoot well. Head made a bonehead play. If not for 2 or 3 plays we could've won.

After this game i m really disappointed with Yao and Rick Adelman. Yao, after so many years in the league still making the same old silly mistakes and turnover. After so many both his teammates and himself still dont know how to beat the fronting. 39 minutes played and zero free throw attempt, Yao will never ever get respect from NBA referees, is almost ridiculous. I predict Dwight Howard will over take Yao and become the best and dominant center in the league.

Adelman, i m really confused with his rotation. Head on Ginobili? Is like JVG putting head on kobe. It just wont work. Bonzi played bad but you have to live with and played him more.

    Viva Scola!
