Look I don't care who is the more valuable player on our team by seeing who can carry the load better. As long as we win until Tmac is back, and we have a FULL team again, then I'll take whatever it takes to do that

I don't think Yao can carry the load because of the all the double/triple teams he always gets.

For this team to succeed w/o Tracy, Bonzi will have to step up. James and Synder will probaly have a bigger scoring role also.

Guy, Houston without T-mac. Hmmm I wonder where all the double-triple teams will go now. It's not up to Yao but the role players need to step up. We'll see alot of defense collapsing on Yao and clogging the paint in the next few games cause everyone knows Rockets can't shoot open shots from the perimeter.

OUR ROLE PLAYERS SHOULD SHOULDER THE LOAD!

Tmac and Yao had done everything they could these three games, it was our role players missing everything.

Back to the topic, Yao and SF can, they have done it before.

Honestly I don't think so. It's not Yao's fault either, but the team doesn't have enough talent to help Yao. T-Mac is more versatile, so when Yao goes down, the team still has more options, but when T-Mac goes down, this team has nothing but Yao. Honestly, Bonzi played fantastic towards the end but if a healthy T-Mac had come back just in the last minute, I guarantee we would have won the game. There was just no option for the team to go to other than Yao and as soon as Yao got the ball all eyes were on him because there is no point in watching anyone else.

Still only lost by 3 with a chance to tie it so not too bad. I have a feeling if T-Mac's out for at least 1-2 weeks then we're going to bomb this next stretch. It's OK, it was a tough stretch anyways.

tmac was in that game. his presence alone gives the team confidence. look at the type of plays we ran down the stretch - horrible.

i want this team to win w/o tmac b/c if we do => we're TRULY CHAMPIONSHIP contenders. why would i want us to lose?

this chance will allow the others to speed up their learning curve and possibly get francis in.

but w/ the schedule coming up, you have to pray if u want us to win maybe even one game and that's the heat game but dwade is back.

there is no way yao can carry this team the way t-mac can. the reason is because its too easy to limit what yao can do, ESPECIALLY with no t-mac around. yao is going to get swarmed like crazy and we dont have anyone else good enough to make teams pay through a whole game. rafers shot attempts are going to go WAAAYYY up and that is terrible news.

t-mac PLEASE be ok. this team will probably finish sub .500 without you

Come on! shut up!YAO is a centre, does he can control the ball.He is passive,he need others feed him the ball. But t-mac is the opposite,he play the PG last season when YAO is injured,he is playmaker, when his shoot is bad,he can pass the ball to others to shoot,in magic,he can bring his team into the playoffs all by himself,so its not strange at all he lead the rox win when YAO is injured, but can he lead this team pass the firs round?absoulutely ,not.

Kobe ,james, wade,AI,can also do that.did you see shaq lead the Heat win when wade is injured?(dont say shaq is too old to play).so dont do this stupid Comparison, because it is no reason!

what we can do now is to pray t-mac dont miss many games!

And the rox need both T-MAC and YAO to become a great team!

Hate RA,why steve still cannt play tonight!!!!

I believe in Yao! Today, he just showed how great playmaker he is.

He missed those FTs because he was too tired, back to back.

Also, It is a great opportunity for the bench players. They will try their best to prove themselves!

You blame Yao for that? He was asking for the ball while Bonzi, Shane, James, and Rafer were busy jacking up jumpers that barely hit the rim.

I'm sure Adelman will have a practice tomorrow explaining how the offense will work w/o McGrady i.e. lots of Yao post-ups.

Yao had a bad shooting night but he gave us a chance to win at the end by closing down the lane on defense, by distributing, and by scrapping hard to draw fouls and get to the line. Gagging on clutch FT's is extremely uncharacteristic of him, he won't do it again.

All I'm saying is give him a chance, I'm sure that's what you said when Yao went down last year and our season looked to be on the ropes.

w/o bonzi, this game is done. u cannot blame bonzi for this. he was our best player in the 2nd half.

yao was 2-8 in the 2nd half. so when he got the ball, didn't do much anyways.
