That loss hurt, but look on the bright side. I like the energy level and intensity we have shown in the 2nd half, which have been missing the last couple of games. With TMac probably missing a few games, we need that kind of focus and intensity level to pull off any of the following couple games.

Everybody got to play except Francis. The Rockets, however, didn't score a field for almost half the 4th quarter. What is it gonna take to get SF3 in the game? A few more losses? A .500 record?

Yao: Oh no! there's a bunch of puppies on the conveyor belt and if we don't do something, they are going to be chopped up to bits!
Bonzi: Quick! Somebody has to do something!
Rafer, from the control room: Hey, what's happening guys?
Yao: You have to stop the conveyor belt, otherwise the puppies die!!!
Rafer: Which button do I push??
Yao: Quick, press the red button to stop the conveyor belt!
    Rafer: OK! (presses yellow button)

Did you watch game? I think Yao is pretty neutralized by Kwame on offense end. He was shaking like a little girl. Rox is just struggle to get a playoff seat.

let me make a good prediction:

rafer brickston is still going to be the ****ing starting pg next game.

Adelman: we are not going to change the rotation this time of the year. it's only 2 loses.

At least Rafter knew the time is up and put up a shot to give us a chance, if it was james he probably would dribble to the basket with 1 second on the clock.

The injury had to hit Tmac, didn't it? It couldn't be Alston with the sprained elbow. Of course not, that would be too beneficial. Why do the basketball gods hate us so?

Next year we need to shake things up. Tmac, Yao, Hayes, and Bonzi are the only players. The rest of the personnel ain't getting it done.

Yao = Good (Before he hurt his thumb but nice play at the end...)
Bonzi = Good penetration, his problems were freethrows and his inability to finish those lay ups..And he also missed a dunk after a foul was called :p
Rafer=Time to make him practice 20,000 threes each day...
Tmac=Was going to lead the rockets to the win...Damn you Kwame Brown and Luke Walton
Mike James= Was still on his shooting slump
Chuck Hayes=Good overall game, took the charges and got the steals
Shane=Good defense, needs to practice more threes..

Overall it was a good game, despite the fact that Tmac got injured. It was a morale boost during the runs when they got into the game without Tmac.

Hopefully Tmac will be back in 1-3 weeks

Too bad it took Tmac getting injured to "inspire" them to play with some energy

Yeah every Freaking Player played except Francis. Looking at this shot chart, it shows a lot of freaking misses from the three point line on the left side. Were all those misses from Rafer or a combination of James and Rafer???

Thats great but if the defensive players arent scoring also then you cant get over the hump. You keep it close and thats it. Fat lot of good that will do you. Bonzi was playing well. Outside of him and Yao everybody else should have been considered replaceable.

    Couple things...

Good game by Bonzi, Yao has gotta make those free throws at the end of the game. The score would have been easily tied if he hit his free throws. And Skip has gotta learn how to shoot the three point shot if he is going shoot at all.

Like Kenny Smith said, you wouldn't think it but sometimes your can take good things from losses that can carry over to the following games. I liked the way we competed in the second half.

Yao usually doesn't miss that many free-throw in a game. I'm not worried about him, he'll get it together. Bonzi however needs to focus when he is approaching the rim, he is missing to many gimmie layups this season. Other than that I thought Bonzi played great.

I think part of the reason that people shooting the arching shot is that if they're a little off, the ball would still hit something (Glass, another piece of rim, etc.) and also it's still some one's natural shooting motion. But when you try and hit a line drive to the front of the rim, it's a type of shot and not only do you shoot differently, there's a pretty good chance of an airball.
