I only don'u understand what Adelman did in the 2nd quater. We was keepin' McGrady and Yao on the bench and playin' bench.

Coach A shouldn't put Bonzi there in the 4th quarter. He fouled a lot, and let us over the foul limitation early. Moreover, he is 2/8. In fact, he was not good either last game.

    Bonzi was overrated!

Memphis took 20 FT's in the 4th quarter alone, without us purposely fouling them to stop the clock. On the other hand, Tmac couldn't buy a whistle.

Our PG's suck. Rafer+james simply will NOT cut it, not if we play top team, not if we want to go far in the playoff.

Get a REAL PG. What does it take? 1st rounder, Battier, or Wells? Let it happen. I am tired of these 3rd tier PG's.

and you just used yet twice in one sentence :D

By the way where was your productive post??
    <br>
Might as well make one since the great rafer only fan commands me

This team cam in thinking Memphis would be an easy win as they are a subpar team. They gave Houston fits. Hayes got into early foul trouble. Scola sucked on defense. The refs were giving us a hard time, but alot of the fouls were our fault. Yao couldn't play well because he kept getting fronted. T-Mac was on fire, but Adleman rested him to long. Battier couldn't buy a shot tonight, but that's okay because this isn't the norm for him. Bonzi too couldn't buy A LAYUP, but it is also not the norm for him. Mike James played to the minimal, but still hit a big 3 near the end and wasn't that bad. Luther sucked it up and looked lost as usual. As for Rafer, he missed open 3's, bricked the teardrop, and got blown away on defense. He once again shot 20%. The worrying factor behind this is, THIS IS THE HORRID NORM for RAFER ALSTON. He needs to be benched. Steve Francis needs to be given a shot. Overall, we took this game too easy, and got torched. Adleman needs to look over his plan and shake up the rotation a bit.

That's called no heart. KG still wouldn't be happy had he lost the game in the same situation.

Missed FT's and layups, particularly Wells for the latter, really cost us. Refs sure didn't help either with the whole 10+ foul calls in the last 4 minutes or so, but you can't blame them entirely. I really thought McGrady should have drove when it was tied up at 97, he would have got the call with the way that they were calling it. Another thing that continues to concern me is our rebounding, particulary Yao. The whole playing volleyball with the loose ball has to stop. Battier amazed me with a game like that, that was just pathetic. 0-4 3PM and where he usually makes them too. Oh well, we shouldn't dwell but learn from this game. Bad games happen. Hey, the Mavs lost to the Hawks. Tomorrow we have the Lakers at home. Let's focus on that and forget about this game...and take Rafer out of the starting lineup, ready break!

These last two games should show that the Rockets are not an elite team yet. I realize this is just the beginning of the season and the team is learning a new offense, but in the last two games nobody has really played well outside of TMac and Yao. Adelman said that nothing is set in stone as far as the rotation and mixing things up are concerned, so hopefully Coach A will live up to his words and change things up a little bit and try some newer players and different combinations to see what works best.

And I don't know what the hell James was in the game for. He is a brick layer.

When the free throws and fouls are so one sided that one gets 41 free throws while the other gets 24, are we sure everyone betting on the games got caught?

maybe cause of the back to back?

i'm starting to lose patience with alston....he's in there to make plays and make wide open 3's, and sometimes he just can't even do both

Because our other option was a BIGGER BADDER brick layer.

i'm not really mad either. we kept winning playing stupid and thus there might not be a sense of urgency.

losing to a pathetic team will force adelman to speed it up and make us more focused.

this can be a good thing.

this team can lose focus a lot of times when we play sucky teams
