Rocketman- The Rockets beat the Lakers on Sunday, does that mean that we are better than the Lakers (honestly)? The answer is ofcourse not, we were motivated and playing on our homecourt. The same can be applied to the Texas-Oklahoma game. I will give Najera his props, he is a good player but him in a Rockets uni? Hell no! This guy has the same problem that Muoneke has: he is too slow for the 3 and too short for the four. Either way, time will tell which team goes further this year. I didn't watch the game because I had to study, so I won't try and trade barbs over who has the better team. I will say that you appear a bit testy about UT. Did someone not score well enough on their SATs? Hey man, now worries anyone can get into Oklahoma!
Speaking of Kenyon "THE GREAT" Martin. Did you guy know that he is from Dallas. Thats pretty good he will be close to his hometown when he gets here in houston. ( I WISH) We basically have no chance in hell to get him. I say he will be #1 or #2.
I'm a freaking Sophomore in highschool... My dad is a professor at OU.. I was born in Beamont Texas I moved to OKC when I was 4 and have been an OU fan ever since even though my dad hates the school.... As far as colleges go I hope to go to Rice university when I graduate That was very low of you to make fun of someone who goes to OU anyway... My best friend is a National Merit Scholar, made a 34 on the ACT and a 1500 on the SAT.. he is a Junior at OU in only 2 years. gr8-1: Game 1: Najera 27 points and double-figure rebounds(can't remember exact total) Muoneke 30 points, don't remember rebound total. So you can't blame Najera. Game 2: Najera 18 points, 16 rebounds Muoneke, big pile of monkey crap. I'd say Eduardo showed up 2 weeks ago and Muoneke did not exactly whip him. Face it, UT got whooped worse than they beat OU. Oh ya, the first game was a 5 point game with 4 minutes left. So the score doesn't indicated how close OU was. They lost 79-66. Yall lost 83-59. UT didn't exactly blow us out. So I'd say they did show up.
OK, son let me lay it down for you. 1- I counted no less than three grammatical errors in your post, so lay off poindexter. 2- what kind of loser hangs out with high school (that's right, two words) kids during their junior year of college? Does your dad know about this relationship? 3- Your "buddy" is actually right on pace to graduate on time (but I guess that might be an accomplishment at Oklahoma) so I wouldn't brag too much junior 4- Your friend cannot be too smart if his choice for college was Oklahoma and he scored a 1500, was that a cumulative score between three tests or just two?
Yeah too bad I didn't make it in UT SINCE I"M NOT FREAKING APPLYING UNTIL I"M A SENIOR!!!! I don't want to go over this every time.... Me and SoonerRockStro BOTH gave in to the fact that the UT team played better in the first meeting and AT THAT TIME was a better ball team, but now OU is better in my opinion....
