I can learned that in Franchise mode , You are a coach managing your team , If you get fired at the end of the season there is no way I can get you back on the team , You would have to go to another team , much like real life , or you can just "retire" . Also - Castor27 has informed me he will not be able to manage the Texans in Season 2 , DrewP has offered to Dump the Cowboys and take over the Texans , I would like your thoughts on this .
