I saw an interview with him about 2 weeks ago and he said he is ahead of schedule but that he does not want to rush it and make it worse. He said he really wants to be back before the end of the season but it will be up to how he progresses. My guess is that the team will make him just take care of himself and be ready for next season.
K, thanks Jeff. I was hoping to see how the team would look with all the players on the floor, but it would be best to rest him. By the time he returns if he decides to, the Rockets will be too far behind anyway I think. Cant wait to see how good we are next year with all of our players healthy, Griffin hopefully will have added 20+ pounds, and we'll have a lottery pick that can come out and help right away. That should put us right back as one of the best in the west. Then again maybe when Steve comes back we will win the next 20 in a row and be right back in there.
So let me get this straight...being one of the worst teams in the league has you excited, but the possibility (however remote) of winning 20 in a row does nothing for you?
Is the answer another top seeded rookie? We´ve got francis and griffin so the best thing next year if we get a good lttery is too trade it to a good player that been in the leafue a couple of years.....like clippers did with tyson.......
