I agree with you, but that not Tiger's point. Anyway, didn't like the way played the game tonight. But the execution down the stretch is one of the best this season, thx to no other than McGrady and Yao. So props to that.

 

tracys energy/attitude was pathetic in the first 3 quarters. bench sucked, especially james. bonzi should have played more. yao was great. the whole team seemed to really take the bobcats for granted.

I think he's point is we should trade Scola for Yi. Muahaha

 

The bench will need to get better but I am sure they will have good days and bad days. I just hope the good out number the bad.

No, it is a huge difference. You need to win this kind of games to get the championship. When none of your role players are doing much, the two superstars win the game. This is the game that defines a team.

Last year, Rox won't be able to come back to win it. For Yao, he won't be able to grab that rebound; For T-mac, he wont' be able to attack the basket.

The Rockets are lucky, because that offensive foul on Wallace was BS. That late in the game, refs always let the players play, and I was shocked at the call. He barely touch McGrady, and T-Mac was falling backwards as it was (feet were not set) If the foul wasn't called, the Bobcat tip-in would have counted, and they probably would have won.

That said....

yi gets consistent minutes to get into a rhythm.

scola is just fouling too damn much and pulls himself out of a game.

and when i say run plays for him, do some post ups. he's not that great of a shooter YET.

 

Why do our two big guys have the most assists?

 

Cue the Francis and Mobley gay talk! Listened to this game on the radio and it was so ugly my ears are bleeding but hey a W is a W.

 

How can you even remotely claim that the Same team, playing almost identical ball as last year, coming into that game with the potential as having the exact same record as last year, with the starting 5 pretty much playing the same role as last year wouldn't of won that game? Is this fact? An educated guess? Or just plain ol speculation...lol.

 

i don't think the media emphasizes it as much as this board.

who cares waht team it is. all i want is the role players to do their part. we got a bench and depth for a reason.

i thought tmac has been MIGHTILY unselfish ever since that dallas game. MIGHTILY unselfish.

i think adelman emphasized balance a lot after dallas so tmac will give him balance and curtail his shot attepts.

outside o the spurs game, he shot the ball pretty well to take more shots if he wanted, but for the sake of the team as we go a long, tmac by himself ain't gonna get it done.
