The whole day I've felt a intermittent buzzing in my left leg combined with general small feeling of dizzyness and slight nausea. about 10 minutes ago I collapsed (but did not lose conciousness). I felt like my body was caught in a plane and physically spinning around.

Now I'm feeling somehwat disconnected, and very nauseous. COuld this be a delayed reaction to a possible concussion from my car accident about a month ago?

hotballa, don't stress b/c you are able to think clearly nd post, etc. I think you are fine. But please either: call your GP, or go to an ER or immediate care clinic as soon as possible.

I am not a doctor, but those symptoms can be signs of something that deserves attention sooner than later.

And please keep us posted. Best wishes.

I'd go the ER or go see my doctor tommorrow as long as the can do the procedure in house.Set up a Cat Scan to be on the safe side straight away.Post concussion syndroome can last a long time but that's about the outer edge.

I think that is way too much delay.

Personally, this sounds serious enough that I would go to a doctor ASAP. I love giving my half-assed amateur medical advice on the BBS, but seriously, I may be misunderstanding what you are saying but any of the things you listed can be symptoms of something very serious.

I will be worrying about you. When you find out, let us know.

To me, this sounds like anxiety. Try to stop worrying about it. Go to the doc to get checked out just to be sure, but probably just anxiety.

This could also be low blood sugar. How has your diet looked today?

except for the leg thing, it sounds like vertigo, which could be derived from an inner ear infection. meningitis also comes to mind (there are a couple of kinds, some more serious than others.) i've had both, and neither was pleasant. go to the doctor.

    Vertigo, the flu, concussion......homosexuality.

I hope you feel better bro !

The consensus seems to be to go to a doctor NOW. That is sound advice.

I cannot believe there are no doctors on the BBS. How the hell did that happen?

just relax man, there's hopefully nothing wrong with that..

I've had the exact same symptoms (with the exception of the left-leg buzzing) several times and it was just a one-day thing..I just woke up, and nothing was wrong...

the left leg feeling, however, might be a signal of something heart-related.. I'd get it checked by the doctor, not necessarily a hospital (too much $$$) ..

P.S: I am talking from a minimal experience through my pathophysiology/Health Science courses (I'm in HS)...

Sorry I just saw this thread. Assuming you are healthy, this is likely BPPV or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. There are a couple of manuevers and a medicine that you can take (meclizine) which usually helps.

I would advise you to go to an Urgent Care center or an ER if there are no UC close by, as more sinister things need to be ruled out (especially if you have fever, weakness, etc...)

    Good luck
