I love those bread bowl soups. That with the cheesiest soup (if you can call it that) that they have. For more formal restaurant settings, lobster bisque. But I might have had the best soup of my life last weekend, Manchurian soup.
1. Pho 2. French Onion 3. My Mom's Chicken Noodle made with homemade egg noodles. Pho is my favorite by a large margin. I like just about everything in it, with lots of lime. I don't add much siracha or soy sauce though.
You know how I know you're gay? Anyways, I made some pretty damn good clam chowdah the other night, and I didn't even use heavy cream. My favorite soup of all time is Olive Garden's Zuppa Tuscana. I tried making it at home, but it just doesn't compare to OG's My least favorite soups (apologies in advance to my Hispanic and Asian BBSers) Menudo - It certainly looked and smelled good, but I couldn't make it though two spoonfuls. Needless to say, I went though about four baskets of chips and salsa that night. Pho - I'll take my intestines wrapped around sausage, thank you very much. I think there were a few eyeballs in there, too, but I didn't bother to look...
