Jason Collier has only played in 23 games since we drafted him. What the heck is this guy's problem? He's almost missed a full year. What does he have now, shin splints? He's missed every game this year because of shin splints? It's not like he blew out his knee or something. A full year! Injured the whole time! Sheesh! Is anybody wondering what Collier's deal is, or has it just become a given that he's always going to be on the injured list?
He's a big white guy trying to play in the NBA. Need I say more? File him under the Chievous/Rhodes category of 1st round "what the hell are the Rockets thinking?" picks.
Freak, I've been wondering the same thing for a long time now. His knee should have been fully rehabilitated a gazillion years ago. I don't buy the "injury" thing. If he can't get playing time with our ravaged lineup.......well, that speaks for itself. DR
Jason Collier is legitimately injured. Feigen has written about this injury a couple of times now. And the injury he has now (shin splints) is different from the one that made him miss most of last season. I think he was fairly healthy in the offseason. Drewdog, are big white guys more prone to injury?
