I had not the luxury to watch this game live from CCTV5, and therefore, I don't think I can comment on WHY we have lost this game.

But YMM administrator, John, wrote detailedly about what caused us to lose.....

Do you guys agreed with what he observed/said??

they call a ton of unnecessary fouls that put us in the penalty and that may have made our D softer and thus they made their run.

and diop kept holding yao for a while.

refs always screw us in dallas. what's new?

I have said many times that homecourt advantage is actually referee advantage...when you have thousands of eyeballs staring right at you....you seem to have the tendency of calling in favor of the home team so that you don't get boo...it's human nature!! That's why it's very important to have homecourt advantage in the Playoffs.

Yeah the calls were going our way for the most part. then when it mattered in the 4th..the refs started giving calls to dallas...maybe they were afraid mark cuban would abuse the refs or something. From hayes loose ball fouls as well as the foul on TERRY which basically gave them the momentum to win.

We rushed some shots and turned the ball over in middle fourth quarter. Calls will always swing to the home team in an intense game, so that should not be an excuse. Besides, it's not like we can complain to the league about it...

Home court is crucial and a rowdy crowd is even more essential.

The mental slipups and mistakes late game in the other 2 of 3 games caught up to us this game. If we learn to close out weaker teams, it would harder to lose focus when things on our end aren't going the way we want it.

Chuck Hayes got a lot of BS fouls called on him in the last quarter. It was unfortunate.

The Rockets got a good number of calls going their way a couple of times.. surprisingly that one time when Dirk was driving in and someone from behind (Bonz?) just snapped him from behind and Houston got the call going in their favor. I was fairly surprised.

But I feel the end could've been called more fairly, but I guess both teams had their share. However I gotta give credit to Dallas' 3's in the end. That was some nice shooting and some bad D on the Rockets' part.

When I saw Rafer still out there on the court in the 4th, I knew the game was over. Rafer should never be allowed to be a part of the closing unit. If Bonzi wasn't stinkin it up all night, he could've been a part of the closing lineup.

Also what the hell is Bonzi doing shooting 3's????

besides the Refs,i think we didn't do a good job on defence!
    JVG's defence+Adelman's offence,that would be great,wouldn't it? :D

its always easy to blame the refs after a lost, but who made the turnovers and missed shots, how about the uncontested jumpers. sorry but i won't and can't blame the refs, its part of the game.

I'd rather blame McGrady for hogging the ball too much, but more importantly Adelman for trying to force Yao into the high post role.

yEAH~ sure, it's always the ref's fault, and Yao, with that dunk, proves how dominant he is.

You can almost hear Olajuwon's voice reverbrate in the air:"Be dominant! Be dominant!" You can almost see a halo above Yao's head as he rose higher and higher into the air, raising his arm above his head like the statue of Liberty, of Strengh, of Power, and emphatically dunked his ball into the net, and dunked the mavericks into a sea of agony and unfathomable abyss of despair. Your eyes are teared, you cannot believe yourself. At that moment, you think you have just witnessed Hercules himself, or St. John the dragon slayer. You have realized what greatness truly means.

    阿德尔曼的防挡拆比范甘迪强一些 :)
Adelman's offence in Pick-and-roll much better than JVG :)

Remember also that the Mavericks only have one superstar in the big German, but the Rockets supposedly have TWO. If they are real superstars, you would think they should at least cancel out Nowitzki, Howard & Terry?
