perhaps just let him step down and let Larry Smith run the show...
I have a feeling Rudy is gonna leave just like Van Gundy did...

Rudy knows this team cant win if half of his starters are not even available to play. Rudy is not going to step down.

I love when a coach steps up for his player and get tossed out. When Oscar Torres got mugged during (Sonics?) game, Rudy jumped out of the bench and he was all ready to fight... at least someone still got fire in him.

I support Rudy. No to Van Gundy. He would not take the job anyway. Rudy and CD built the team. I'd rather have Jim Lyman or Dunleavy than Van Gundy (Balkie), but Rudy is better than any of those guys.

If you guys want to fire Rudy, you better plan on firing Carroll Dawson too. Then the new gen Mgr. can hire his own coach- they can blow the team up, then start building a new team. See you at the playoffs in 2011.

Maybe Rudy should start getting ejected from every game. It might show the players that he's willing to go to battle for him and they should do the same.

Firing Rudy would be one of the dumbest moves we can make. The guy would be jobless for a whole second before someone picks him up. He is one of the top 5 most respected coaches easily.

I say we fire the towel boy & water boy first. They've got to be guilty of doing something to cause all these losses. After that, we could fire the people that clean the uniforms, the vendors in the stands, the security guards......don't stop me now, I'm on a roll. Next, we could fire the parking attendants, the entire clean up crew, the ticket vendors...........

You newbies need to get off the Rudy bashing wagon, before it runs you over. He's a great coach & I wouldn't want anyone else coaching this team. Does anyone here think for a second that even the most experienced & successful coach in the NBA could come in & magically turn things around with the players they have at their disposal?
