    You realise that "power rankings" are all completely subjective to the whims of the guy who makes the rankings, right? I mean, ESPN's Marc Stein has Houston at #4.

    I don't really agree this. They both are same teams like last season but we are still on the way to go up. So next time we meet them I will think it will be the real test at that time. Not right now, so I see these two games as a pretest or learning process.

    Damn it's really gonna be a BIG game. Also tough. But we can win it, expecially with Adelman, with our key bench players.

    there are so many power rankings out there. none of them use any kind of formula. it's all up to the opinion of the writer.

    the mavs get in trouble against teams that attack them / tough them up.

    james, bonzi, scola will all help in these areas.
