Crying? I'm just calling out this joker for what he is. A Yao hater. He hates Yao, makes it clear with every post, and doesn't even try to hide it.

 

We have to lose one of the Dal and SA game, right? I will pick Dal.

 

Great. Let's see how rockets will do tomorrow at their home court. Gonna be a tough game but hopefully we will see some inspirational plays from the stars.

I judge players on their performance. I don't hate any player, but i dislike players when i don't like their play, kind of like how everyone dislikes Rafer for whatever reason. I don't hate yao. I only dislike him when I don't like his play. There's a difference. That said, I'm still a Rockets fan and i love this team.

You were hating on Yao before the season even started. Before preseason, even. You were hating on him after the Lakers game.

Like I said, I "hate on" players when I don't like their play. Tons of people hate on players. Half this board hates Rafer to no end, why don't you call them Rafer haters? I was hating on Yao because of his pathetic performance during the Jazz series. I don't hate Yao as a person. I'm sure he's a real nice guy. In fact, i'd probably be good friends with him if I got to know him. But that's not the point. I judge players on their performance and my "hate on" is only performance based.

should be a great game, but i predict a 107-97 loss for the Rockets. It's the beginning of the season and players r still not familiar with one another so i think we wont play to our highest potential in this early season game. However, we will win if we meet in the playoffs.

 

The key will be our inside play. Pound the ball to Yao and Scola. Get Shane and T-Mac to post up. Put their big men into foul trouble. If they go small, use our size advantage; don't play to their game.

Rockets win by at least 3.

 

If Yao sucks and turns the ball over we will lose, but if he does good, which he should, we will win. If McGrady is on like the jazz game, we would still need Yao to be decent. Remember what happened last year....
