It's either the judge has money problems or some marital issues with her husband sexucally realted.

I'm not trying to say I agree with the judge, but look at it from this angle:

Remove humanity from the case. You have one party agreeing to perform a service. Party two then robs said service of Party 1 at gunpoint. Party 1 then shares said service with friends.

If the woman who was raped came into court sounding haughty or cheerful, I can understand the case. If she didn't sound like she was emotionally disturbed as a result of the rape, why should it be considered a rape case? This is especially true with the extreme abuse of rape allegations from unscrupulous women. ESPECIALLY when you consider that judge is up for election. Judges will often go off the deep end making sure they're notable enough to be reelected. She probably did this to make an example and make some headlines.

But, again, that just doesn't mean I excuse the judge. The judge shouldn't have ruled that way. I'm just saying I understand her thought process in coming to that conclusion.

Regardless of what happens to the man the Trick should have court ordered Tubal ligation and her child taken away ...

    Seriously

I'm amazed this thread made it to the second page and still hasn't been moved to the D&D. Keep up the good work.

First, there was no mnetion whether the lady was complaining that she didn't get paid correctly or not. But we can safely assume that not all prosti or women are comfortable having sex with multiple partners at the same time.

Secondly, we wonder why can a wife sue her husband for rape when marriage is form of consent.

One more thing, if you put a gun on a janitor's head and tell him to clean your garage, is that robbery of service?

Only if you promised him that you were gonna pay him before you pulled out the gun.

    Its rape..

You can't get compensated for "illegal activities", nor can you sue for damages.

So its not "theft of sex".

    Judge is r****ded..

the judge did this for attention IMO. theft of services? it sounds like something jerry springer would say in his final thoughts

i used craigslist once to find a roommate, it was awful, would never try to hook up using that site

I think the main issue the Judge is being ridiculed is the gun and therefore "Threat of Violence or Serious Injury"

Initially the woman consented to sex with 1 and then 2 men w/ the promise of compensation.

The number then balloons to 4 and the assailant pulls out a weapon.

If they weren't completely braindead they simply could have not paid her.
Prosti's don't take you to court to recoup lost wages.

The way it is. They have embarrassed their families. And have committed an act of violence. Instead of just having questionable morals.

    Two different scenarios IMO:

If she agreed to a train for payment and the guys didn't pay - not rape.

If she agreed to sex with one guy and the guys forced a train - rape

If I were the judge or the prosecutor or whatever, I'd throw the damn book at the guy: conspiracy, robbery, false imprisonment, theft of services, and rape. Seems pretty clear-cut to me.

that brings up another question. Can you sue a tease for false advertisement?
