They were persistently speeding up tha game in tha first three quarters and had 16 fast breaks point thru 3 quarters. But in tha fourth they started to slow tha pace down as tha quarter progressed. Why did they stop being agressive. We started to look like JVG team's.

Also we had 16 fast break pts!!!! I'm lovin tha diversity of our offense. Can't wait till Heads gets involved in tha offense. That kidd got upps.

yeah but even before tha "respect" calls, they would run up tha court on tha inbound and start their offense with 19 seconds left and tha possesions were agressive and quick

When you're up by 12 w/ a minute and half left in the game, you slow it down and use the clock. You don't keep running and gunning leaving the Lakers with more possessions.

Now he definitely didn't tell the players to turn the ball over 3-4 times in the last minute.

    what does "tha" mean?

the lakers full court press and traps slowed the tempo down.

It sucked a little bit. Lakers just wanted to get every call on every position. And they did. I really think the refs sucked.

Kobe whines way too much these days. He always flails his arm when someone touches him and then stares the ref down. I think it has become a huge epidemic in the NBA. Players whine too much about calls.

That's what I'm talkin' about. Bryant got just every call he wanted. I felt like there were no refs in the game. And even if he fould Tracy he was still unhappy with the call.

Nah...it's just natural to slow the game down when you're up. Kings play the same sometimes.

The Lakers started pressing, the Rockets wilted.

You attack the press, get the ball to the middle and attack the basket...but they brought it up the wings and got trapped, it let the Lakers back in the game.

whats interesting is with yao going to the high post pretty often in the first 3 quarters, he looked fresh in the 4th and so istmac. they both made key plays towards the end of the game.

remember last year yao couldn't make a shot in th 4th, well he's tired wrestling in the first 3 quarters. We can look forward to some bit 4th quarters from the 2 super stars

Maybe bring JVG as an assistant. Let RA coach tha first 3rd and get that lead and then step aside and let JVG coach tha 4th since he's tha master of tha slow tempo.
