Hell I say we drop all the way to last so we can pick up Jason Williams. Can you imagine Stevie and Jason Williams in the same backcourt with Mobley coming off the bench. Good god that would be unbelievable.

 

heb - that was a thought I had long before our current losing streak. My estimate before the season was a 12 or 13 pick and wondering if MD, Jr would fall that far.

Now for the bad news....Glen Rice starts, Jr gets 10 minutes per game and the Rockets never learn plays started by a point forward which would allow BOTH Cat & Steve to run off picks and back screens. Oh, well...we can dream....

 

If your implyiing bringing in his dad as well than that may not be such a bad idea.

Im watching my first non Rocket game tonight, the Suns vs. Nets, and I feel like I've been missing out on the real beauty of basketball. Constant movement from players, passes galore, cutting, little dribbling, just team basketball at its purist. I feel Ive been brainwashed by two years of stupid isolations and absolute PNR's, but now I can truly see. Its beautiful too.

However, Dunleavy (Senior that is) will need a foil on this team like he had in Portland in Rasheed Wallace.

Can Eddie Griffin step up and fill this role? We know Francis could do the technical thing.

Will Eddie get so pissed after getting kicked out of a game and that in the locker room, he'll do an Eazy-E on Craig Sager and throw a right cross and knock his ole ass out?
