Just switched providers and got a new cell phone. Now I need to get rid of the old one. I've cleared out my address book and call log. Is there somewhere I can donate it to? Do I just chunk it in the trash?
Go to a public place, and in front of everyone pretend you get frustrated with a dropped call, and then take the phone and smash it in the ground to pieces. Remember to make a scene beforehand, so you have the people's attention. Have a buddy secretly film the other strangers reactions. Should be fun to post on Youtube. Or you can also do it at work, and thus your fellow co-workers will respect and fear you.
best buy will give you a gift card for it on their trade in program website. (including sending you a shipping label) I happen to hate Best Buy, but i suppose its better than nothing.
There's a church in my neighborhood with a women's and children's shelter that takes them. I honestly don't know what they do with them, but I've donated my last two.
Actually just keep it and show it to your grandkids one day to show them how backwards we were "back then"
It's an old candybar Sanyo phone. Forget the model number but I've had it about 5 years. I'll check out Best Buy or donate it to a women's shelter.
I got a similar problem. I FINALLY got rid of my old cell phone and got a new one. Anybody know how much I can get for my old one?
I never understood this. So this is for people whose husbands abuse them. Won't they notice you charge up a cell phone every night and give you a beat down after finding it?
Different providers. Besides, after using my new one for a couple of months, I don't want to go back!
