In the past, this coming Sunday (10/28) would have been the day that DST ends. This year it ends on 11/4.

Old stuff that automatically adjusts for DST (VCRs, clocks, watches, etc.) may have to be manually adjusted this week as well as next week to make sure you have the proper time. As long as you have kept your computer's OS up to date, they should work with no problems, but it will be worthwhile to check the time both this Sunday and next.

What is good for GWB is not good for the majority of americans.

    Somebody said that, not me.

Well, though I can't stand DST, that's not a very viable reason more moving to a different city.

I hate it also. Fortunately, my wife is from Hawaii and wants to move back there someday...so maybe I'll realize my dream of not having to jack around with my clocks two times a year. :)

Then move there for the climate, the scenery, and the cuisine? Then the DST factor is just a bonus :D

I like having more daylight in the evening, so I can go jogging and whatnot.

Notice how they keep trying to keep this b*stard time longer and longer every year. It started almost a month early in the spring, and now they're moving it a week further back.

So f***ing stupid. And no reason for the good it does has ever been shown to me in any plausible capacity.

I think this is the one where we gain an hour of sleep. More sleep = good. :)
