I know this show lost a lot of fans last year, but after six years, Im not ready to abandon it yet. Trailer looks pretty good. Spoiler While it is great to see Tony back, I hate that he is the villain this season . . . <object width="432" height="351"><param name="movie" value="http://www.megavideo.com/v/Z30GKFUJ5e342346aca8c4d0ac049c6f8188623c.4145530938.0"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.megavideo.com/v/Z30GKFUJ5e342346aca8c4d0ac049c6f8188623c.4145530938.0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="432" height="351"></embed></object> Discuss...
i'm not sure what to say.. but that's sweet.. it looks like it *might* be a different season. Maybe put an end to the complaints that it's the "same thing over and over"
It looks good and of course I am going to watch it, but I hope they do in fact change it up a little. I'm glad that CTU is gone and it is no longer in LA, but I still am worried that they will use the same formula again.
So you guys are saying I didn't miss anything by not watching season 6. I have it recorded and might watch it while I'm on Christmas vacation.
Season 6 was far and away the worst season of the show. It was really strange: the dialogue, plot, pacing, character development...just the whole show was "off" in some way. So, I'd say you missed very little in not watching season 6. Looks like they're trying to shake things up a bit in season 7. I like it.
I'd still watch it. I don't think 6 was as strong as 5, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it, and it resolved some plot lines with characters in the prior two seasons that you might want to know heading into this coming season. In a way, it gave closure to an era of the show and definitely set the stage for the show to be moved to DC.
lol I used to be a big fan, but really haven't been able to stay interested the last couple of seasons. I hoped that they would have brought in some other people and kept them around, like Curtis, so it wasn't always Jack against the World. That was cool for a couple of seasons, but to me that just got old. I hated Chase, but I liked Curtis, and if it was a team of 3 or 4 bad asses where occasionally one was able to save the day instead of it always being about Jack then I think it would have made a better show for me. That being said, I'm sure I'll give this season a shot anyways.
I think they had this planned. You never really saw the body and you never got the silent clock for Tony.
I'll still watch it as there is nothing really else on tv worth watching for me other than 3-4 shows a week. But I think it may run against Heroes again this year.
