Rather them play it in London, San Antonio, Mexico City, San Franciso, or Antarctica than South Oklahoma. What a freaking traveshamockery.

then again it would be classic if we brought a ton of folks from Houston last second (I'm gonna go) and ran that place and won the game

I don't understand Dallas. Why not Houston? They did that for the Giants against the Saints last year. It was a Saints home game played at the Meadowlands.

I'd rather San Antonio or even Austin pull in all that coin. Why the love affair with Dallas? The city sucks, the stadium is beyond butt ugly, and it's not even Texas.

Just heard from here that the Mayor is going to decide whether or not they can play at Qualcomm tomorrow. So that means we should at least know what the decision is by end of day tomorrow. My guess is that it ends up in Dallas because it would be suicide for the mayor to say they can play here and take the chance of having to kick evacuees out for a football game.

I'm crossing my fingers that it is in Dallas. That way we can pack that place and quiet the critics that say people arent passionate about the TExans

If it's an NFL stadium they want, why not where the Cardinals play? It's their BYE week, for cryin' out loud.

If we want a neutral site, how about New Orleans, if they're away?

    Or Seattle?

Anywhere but that putrid, butt ugly, square-hole-in-the-roof pile of crap in Irving.

The Cardinals do have a bye, but there is a scheduled motorcycle event being held at the stadium.

They should just have it at Arizona State's Sun Devil stadium. The Cardinals played there awhile back, it is a nice stadium, and it is right down the street from my place, I could walk there. :)

But they kept the stupid square. Dallas is so stinkin' Dallas. Of all the Dallases I've ever seen, Dallas is the most despicably Dallas.

They're moving from a dilapidated, old, ugly piece of crap stadium to a brand spankin' new, state-of-the-art, butt ugly crap stadium. Then they have the nerve to call it "Texas" Stadium. Stupid South Oklahoma. Texas farts in their general direction.

Actually, Jones is seeking a billion dollars ($1,000,000,000) for naming rights. I haven't heard anything about TXU, but I did hear that Exxon Mobil and Dr. Pepper are interested. This was a few months ago, not sure if it's still the case.

I can't believe Dallas is even an option. That stadium is going to be empty. At least in Houston they'd be able to fill the stadium. I don't see why we don't have the game here then give the proceeds to the fire victims. I guess that makes too much sense, so yeah lets play it in Dallas.

If it's in Dallas and an afternoon/evening game, I'm going to it!

Don't have to fly out to Houston for this one! :D

I wonder how many Texan fans live in Dallas?

I wonder how many fans would attend this game in Dallas?

    10,000 maybe?

I heard that the NFL wants it in a NFL stadium because they spent big $$$ to have HD equipment put in all the stadiums blah blah blah

I heard San Diego is protesting loudly that it not be played at Reliant

    So my guess is Dallas

    Ughhhhh!

    A runway for D/FW.

The stadium is so butt-ugly the architect had to render in the dark to hide its warts. Imagine that cowish monstrosity in the daytime. It will rival San Antonio's "Alamodome" in terms of awkwardness and ugliness.

It looks like steel and concrete pimple rising from the butt of South Oklahoma. Perfect for Dallas. :D

    More importantly.

    It ain't in Dallas.

The Irving Cowboys are relocating to Arlington.
