Hopefully Rice will pull some of his old game out for the MSG return...

I have a strange feeling that Glen Rice will be the high scorer for the Rockets tonight. The Rockets will win on the strength of G-Money's inspired return to the Garden.

Cuttino will play but will be rusty and shoot poorly... No replay of last year's clutch drive past Sprewell for the winning basket. That was an ugly game though.

Tonight will also be ugly. Both teams are offense-impaired.

Perhaps Spree and Rice will have words at some point? I've noticed Spree getting a little feistier these days.

I'm going to the game. I hope it's a good one.

There is no doubt that between Spree and Houston the Knicks have more talent than us, but they have no soul, so I think we could tweek out a win here- wishful thinking. If we could win tonite- it would give the guys a lift to beat Chicago tomorrow. It would be so demoralizing to lose to Chicago.

    Go Rockets!!!!

    Bring back Pig Miller!!!!

Glen Rice comes out gunning, hitting 2-3 3-pointers. KT has a little trouble tonight, because when the defense lays off him he can't make his jump shots. The defense can't respect that then, KT picks up a couple fouls, and it's pine-riding time. The Example comes in and gets the Rockets rolling with a three and a beautiful turnaround J, grabbing 6 boards. Mobley plays, but, as someone else said, is extremely rusty. Oscar/Mobes play about 50/50, and Tierre plays about 20/80 to Mooch. Mooch is once again the dribbling jitterbug, as all of us count the days till Wink's return. Willis continues his slump.

In the second half, Oscar explodes for 32 points and a game-winning 3 at the buzzer of the 6th overtime.

    Rockets 137
    Knicks 136

I think KT is gonna play very well against the other KT (Kurt Thomas). Mooch is gonna play well too. But we're gonna lose, scoring very very little. Something like 64 points.

Not much to hope for, with or without Mobes, so it might be better for him to sit out.
