I'm considering starting one on Yahoo! Just seeing how many would be interested. It will be a live draft, probably taking place right before or right after the start of the season. I want to have atleast 12, hopefully 14 or 16 teams. I'll probably make the league public on Yahoo! but I'll give the people on the bbs first dibs if you'd like a spot. Auto-pick draft will be held either Sunday or Monday. This is a DEEP league (possibly 20 teams).. You will be playing a different team EVERY week. It'll be ALOT more fun this way! But the only way to reasonably hold a draft with so many teams is through Auto-pick. The auto-pick draft will be held either Sunday or Monday, depending on the number of teams we have. I agree. Cant we have a live draft. Like a 7 or 8 EST draft? That makes it 9 or 10 in the morning here in Aus
I prefer Live Drafts myself, but I think it would be too hard to have one with a league as deep as this. With 2 minutes per pick, 15 rounds, and 20 teams, theoretically the draft could last 10 hours (2 mins * 15 * 20 = 600 minutes). Also, for every person who doesn't make the draft, we would have to wait 30 minutes (2 mins * 15). And realistically a bunch of people won't make it. My best suggestion is set your drafts to your preference. However, I will give you guys a heads up to do your draft if you haven't done so. I will be setting the draft status to "ready" sometime tomorrow, but no earlier than 12 hours from now. I've been getting requests to go ahead proceed with the draft now that we our 20 teams are set. And I believe its better to do the draft as soon as possible and start managing our teams as well .
Hmm good point. I guess with a live draft there is less trading of players afterwards because everyone pretty much has who they want but with this there will be more trades so that will make it interesting i guess.

Man i was looking through all the teams and your one stood out to me. You got pick 19 and thats reflected by you not having any "superstars" but you got by far the deepest team in the league. Almost all your players are going to get minutes Ive never played on Yahoo so im just finding my feet. I might propose a trade a little later when i work everything out. PS. how many of the managers are members here on clutchfans? Should we start a thread here for it, or just use this one and rename it or something??
