The final season of "Scrubs" starts this Thursday after "The Office."

Here's a synopsis of the plot of the first episode of Season 7:

After the events in the On-Call room, JD and Elliot continue to question their respective commitments to Kim and Keith. Carla tells Turk that due to his diabetes, he can only have one candy bar, Dr Cox struggles to diagnose a patient. Meanwhile, Janitor may have a new girlfriend.

I'm a huge fan, so I'm anxious to see what's in store for the final season.

I stop watching it since the 3rd season. It was great the first 3 season, but all the crazy stuff they tried to fit into the show got old really quick.

Can't wait to see it back this week. I love the show and am disappointed it's the last season. Another plus is that there are no more hour long Office episodes. They were getting painful.

I stopped watching after the first season. It started off good but got repetitive.

are you serious? you'd sacrifice a half hour of the office for scrubs? scrubs completely stopped being funny last season. like, not even a chuckle kind of funny

I was about to post the exact same thing. The show really peaked at season 3 then crapped out. Way too much story and drama now.

Last week's was good all the way through. But the first few were just too long. I still like Scrubs a lot.

Am I the only one that finds the Office entertaining, but not amazing like the rest of the world. I mean its good, and I watch it, but seems a tad overrated compared to all the talk it gets. Scrubs I find it entertaining and funny and it keeps my interest for 30 min. Im sad to hear its the final season.

I love Scrubs. Easily my favorite TV show. I got into it kind of late though...just finished up season 4.

Cox is cool, but his schtick can get a bit old after awhile. As off-the-wall as Elliott is, she's definitely my favorite character. Frick!

I still like Scrubs, but I haven't loved it since the first couple seasons.

It fell prey to the same thing many long running sitcoms do, which is that the characters become caricatures of themselves.

The format of the show lends itself to that, so it's not completely awful...but the "charm" factor is definitely gone, replaced by slapstick humor.

I disagree on Cox getting old. The guy makes the show for me... and they manage to keep his level of involvement just low enough to always have me wishing for more.

I'm definitely sad that this'll be the final season. I've seen every episode at least twice by now.

I really like when they bring in the serious aspect to his character. John McGinley is very versatile in that role. I also really enjoy the banter between him and his wife. They b**** each other out in a very entertaining fashion.

Episode aired last night. I thought it was a good start to the season. They seem to be making a concerted effort to shift the tone of the show in the final season.
