Both the QB's can make the plays when given time... but that's never going to be a consistent thing given this offensive line.

This is the most painful loss I've ever watched any team go through. Why couldn't they have just lost 32-7? :( I know, logic tells me they're on the way up... but following this team, for six seasons now, is just absolute misery. Depressing doesn't even begin to describe how I feel right now.

Prevent defense prevents teams from closing out games.

I can understand your frustration but you should have come away from this game entertained and breathless. I much rather lose this way - going down fighting - than going out meekly the way they were before that 4th qtr comeback. We were all on the edge of our seats over here and my heart is still pumping.

We were blitzing. I'm pretty damned sure we weren't playing a prevent.

Hopefully this raises Sage's stock and we can score a 2nd rounder for him next year.

Hey guys look on the bright side. Because the Texans fought back and actually made it close, they won't drop as far as they would have in the Power Rankings this upcoming week.

I don't blame the crowd for leaving but it would have helped if we actually had some noise at the end of the game

I drank too much last night and woke up with a hangover so I decided to skip the game. At first it looked like a smart move, then it looked like I was going to miss the greatest comeback ever and I felt like an idiot. Now I'm sick to my stomach and I'm glad I didn't go.

This one will be hard to bounce back from. 5-11 is my guess. I think we can take the Raiders, and maybe win 1 of the 4 remaining home games.

On the long pass, the LB's crowded the line and showed blitz. They backed off a little on the snap but never dropped into coverage. I'm pretty sure we were in man coverage. That's not a prevent.

Logic is out the window for this franchise IMO. We made some decent moves the past 2 seasons and we seem like a better team, but once again we are below .500 and seem to be getting worse as the season progresses.

    1. Why Smith and Kubiak didn't address the OL this summer is beyond me. The OL started to gel at the end of last season but not sure why you would go into a season w/ Salaam as your starting LT. It's obvious that this OL cannot multi-task, our pass protection was horrid but our run blocking was very good last season, now it's the opposite. These guys aren't getting the job done and every single person will tell you that games are won in the trenches.

    2. 3 First Round picks spent on the DL, including the #1 overall and #10 overall. AND THE ONLY SACK WE GET TODAY IS FROM OUR LB! Mario once again was nowhere to be found, only time he got camera time was when White stiffed armed his ass for another 4-5 yards. I would like to see more blitzing schemes, but our DL isn't getting the job done. Once again, we're losing the battle of the trenches.

    3. After giving up a career day to Mark Brunell last season, I knew something was wrong. We don't have Drafting Bennett seems like it will work out, but why Faggins is still getting the start is ridiculous. He's bound to get beat 2-3 times a game for long passes and is guaranteed to get pass interference called on him at least once.

    4. Kubiak. I was really excited when we got this guy, but he hasn't done a whole lot to impress me. His playcalling has been mediocre at best and some have just been terrible IMO (3 running plays to start vs. ATL, no backfield set vs. Jags on goaline, no backfield set to start game today).

I'm not jumping off the bandwagon but this franchise is making it harder and harder to root for them.

Well, we did get Jordan Black whose only contribution thus far was the penalty today on the goal line that negated the long pass.

Well at least it didn't stay 32-7.

By the way, I'm also to the point of wanting to kill Longhorn fans. This is ridiculous. How in the world do they have any right to talk smack? The Titans have by far their best offensive performance of the season with VY on the bench. On the last drive, Collins beat the Texans with a throw VY couldn't even make in his dreams -- and somehow, this gives them a right to talk trash?

    Unbelievable.
