I only remember those games in general because of the great streak that the Rockets went on in the spring how glorious that was, shutting down MJ in his own house the year that the Bulls won their first championship.
I think that made me as happy as anything until the Rockets won their first championship as we can always hold the Rockets dominance over the Bulls during their first three peat over their heads. Vernon owned Jordan.

Sorry but I do not remember this game you speak of but it's great to see the old Rockets colors.

On January 26 Maxwell lit up the Cleveland Cavaliers for a career-high 51 points-30 in the fourth quarter. At the time, only four other players in NBA history had scored 30 points in a quarter: George Gervin (33), David Thompson (32), Wilt Chamberlain (31), and Michael Jordan (30). Maxwell hit 14 of 25 field goals in that game, along with 4 of 10 three-pointers and 19 of 22 free throws in 46 minutes. He later scored 45 points in a game against Denver on April 5, making a career-high 8 of 12 three-pointers, thus becoming only the fifth player in league history to make 8 treys in a game.

Didn't Max preserve the win streak to start 94 with a turnaround three from almost 1/2 court against the Heat to go into OT????Just wondering if my memory is still functional

I was actually at that game. Miami was kicking our ass until near the end when we were down by three with something like 1.3 seconds left. Most of the crowd had left because it was like a 10 point lead or something with 2 minutes or so to go. We inbounded to Max who was about 3-4 feet behind the 3 point line when he jumped turned and swished. We then killed them in the overtime. I don't recall clearly but I do not think that was part of the streak. I could be wrong though. That was one of the best games I ever attended.

It was part of the streak.
