Well we definitely wanted VT to win (thanks a lot Noel and whoever dropped the pass that would've tied it) b/c then a win against Colorado would've put us in the Rose bowl with Tenn/Fla winner, or someone else if they didn't win the SEC. Now, we want the Tenn/Fla winner to lose the SEC championship game but if that doesn't happen then Tennessee winning the SEC is our only chance b/c FLA winning out definitely puts them in the Rose Bowl. Not sure if Tenn winning out puts them in the Rose Bowl for certain. So go both UT's I guess.
Tenn: If Tenn beats Fla, we need Tenn to lose in the SEC championship game next Saturday. A one loss Tenn may get the nod over us because they played better teams. UF: If Fla beats Tenn, we need Fla to lose in the SEC championship game. A one loss Fla will definitely get the nod over us. Oregon: I don't see a one loss Oregon posing any threat to Texas however we may want them to lose just for the hell of it. Nebraska: I don't see anyway Neb gets into the Rose Bowl but the ABC guys were talking about it.
If Tenn wins, it will be interesting to see the new BCS on Monday. Who will be # 2? Texas or Tennessee?
No ****ing clue. I've seen so many different ideas that it makes my head spin. As far as Oregon is concerned, Oregon poses no threat to Texas, but if Oregon loses, Tennessee gains some ground on us, so we would really like Oregon to win. I think.
Need the UF/ Tenn loser to keep it close. No blowout please. Ideally, Tenn barely beats UF, and we jump UF while UF wedges between Tenn/Oreg and NU.
Well, Tenn has barely beaten Florida. Texas is a little closer. Too bad they're pissing it away at the moment. Hope they're able to turn it around.
