So basically our best players are just accompanying with Mavs 2nd and 3rd tier players. What a waste of time.

James looks hesitant on his passes. I think the biggest learning curve for James is playing team bball, not just jack up shots for himself.

Yeah. Hopefully, Scola can do better with the NBA rules after the all star game.

Perhaps Bonzi's excellent play is due to the patch he's wearing on his head.. ;)

Head is actually playing some pretty decent transition defense. He may not match up well against guards bigger than him but is still doing a good job nonetheless

I agree. Ham is a midget against Yao. High post is cool and all but when you got a huge mismatch like this one, you have to pound it inside until they stop him.

glad to see yao's sharpshooting from the perimeter. luis in early foul trouble seems like it might be happening fairly frequently this year...

Weren't we debating last year that having both Yao and Bonzi together on the court at the same time would be redundant? They are linking up surprisingly well so far.

That's not clear. They said he will play next game against Seattle. Alston and Wells look great. Luther is not bad either. James is looking like a big chucker. If he's gonna play like that then I'd rather play Francis. He may take the air out of the ball, but at least he'll pass. Plus he rebounds and finishes better. Once Francis gets the hang of the offense I think he'll usurp James as the first PG off the bench.
