if u dont understand what the commentator said i can quote it for u: "NO foul is called because on the block shot, there is NO contact" i cant see how u can argue that with 3 refs AND the commentators who were there (ok nvm u ar a Mavs fan) on Robinson's block Just a great block on Yao and IIRC, thats in a blowout game and nobody gives a damn by the time the shot was blocked. (other than Knick fan and YOHs)
Have you gone mad? I never said anything about it being a foul. I was justifying him holding his head. It was a clean block and a hustle play by Richardson. I have nothing against that. Show me where I ever complained about a foul. That game against the Knicks wasn't a blowout. That happened at the end of the 3rd quarter when Rockets were up by 5. They ended up winning the game by only 7. I don't care how high he can jump, a 5'9'' isn't supposed to block a 7'6'' giant. That's weak. And I didn't post that video for retaliation either. It was to point out that for every video involving the Mavs you decide to showboat like that, I can do one better involving the Rockets.
Hitting another player in the face with your elbow while attempting to block their layup attempt would be considered a foul, no? Umm...yeah, answer that one for me.
Now that I look at the video for a second time, Josh Howard should be suspended for a long time. Running up to someone and plowing into the back of their head/neck with your forearm(s) with all your force like he did, could kill them. Dead, done, deceased, no joke. I don't care what Brad Miller did before that, it was highly dangerous and unwarranted.
wow, really? does this mean that you think the Rockets as a franchise have had more sorry moments in the history of NBA than the Mavs? are you serious?
I think J Howard caught Bibby with a punch during that scuffle. He was playing with a mouse under his left eye. I tried watching it over and over but I cant figure out if it was JHO or Stackhouse that caught him....unless he already had it.
it was not nearly a big deal if devon harris didn't try to act like he had been shot with jerking his head back before going down. that is a lousy acting job.
Exactly. You don't go arms flailing, shot-out-of-a-cannon careening to the hardwood off a shove like that. Josh Howard is a p***y, what else is new? Every single member of the Mavericks should be executed for extreme douchery.
There's a widespread horse flu disaster here in australia. I didn't know it was that bad in the state as well?
can't wait to see j ho pull something like that on yao ming.. you know steve francis is gonna give him a forearm to the face
You clearly said he got an elbow to the head. What's weak is blind-siding someone in the back of the neck running from across the court. I suppose a 5'9" isn't supposed to win a slam dunk competition either, but it happens. How would you do one better than 2 Rockets Championships?
Terry going after Finley's nuts, Howard attacking Brad Miller from behind (and hardly having any kind of effect), Stackhouse nailing shaq when he's just going up for a layup, Dirk kicking defenseless exercise bikes... The Mavericks are a team of sucker punching little b****es.

Yeah, to justify holding his head. I wouldn't have called a foul in that situation. On top of that, I never even complained about a foul. It's like saying I landed on someone foot and twisted my ankle and am now expecting a foul. Nope. No, that's called being tough. It's called being Feisty. Business like. Maybe a little cocky. Always ready for a fight. AJ couldn't have been more proud. I don't see how this is any different than Francis standing up for Yao a few years ago after he took a cheap shot. This one is pretty easy. Spoiler Say whatever the hell you want. I know you are comparing apples to oranges with this, but winning a NFL Super Bowl is way more prestigious than winning an NBA championship. Because football is my favorite sport (and basketball doesn't even make my top 5), I'd rather have these FIVE trophies any day.
