    I just moved and the place im at now doesnt get cable for two more weeks, so I thought I was doomed as far as pre-season goes!

    But I'm new to all of this.
    I have Bitcomet, but why is it going SOOOO SLOOOOWWW???

    anyway to speed it up?

    Experimentally, I did try downloading the torrent file from work and I got it.

    Downloaded and seeded the pre-game and post-game, earlier. I'm trying to download the entire game now, and seeding. If people want to do this, go for it!

    you should not get any response when you ping since tt is supposed to drop ICMP packets.

    the above address shares a server with the tracker, so theoretically if you can access one of them, you should be able to access the other unless the tracker ports are being blocked on your end.

    Question for R2K.. or whoever knows.

    I use Azureus and just finished downloading the game about 5 mins ago. Whenever I finish a dl'ing a file I usually like to move it to another folder with other files similar to the genre and change the name of the file so it's easier to read and identify for me. Basically filing it and organizing my files.

    My problem is whenever I do this (move the file and change the name) I can't share it on Azureus because obviously the file info has been changed. When I try to share the file on Azureus I go to "file" then "share" then browse for the file I want to share on my computer. But whenever I do this, it doesn't share with anyone it doesn't seed to anyone. I guess nobody could find it or something.

    My question is, is there a way where I can move the file, change the name and still share it with CF.net??? I'm not a tech guy so please use a dumbed-down language for me por fayver :(

    Sorry if the question is confusing and too long. I hope you guys are able to understand me.

    I finished downloading this morning, after 14 hours. Thanks a lot R2k for helping us out-of-towners. I'm seeding it right now but my upload speed between 2 and 10 kb/s...

    R2K, I'm still having the same problem as Darkhorse. The download links don't work for me. I clicked on the petrochemical url and the page had no problems loading, but the torrent links still don't work for me. I've tried everything I can think of and I'm out of ideas.

    Dude, I just downloaded your vids, two of them are in .rar format?

    why not keep individual file of the whole dir unzip? It would be nifty to seed such torrrents in long run.

    Just make sure to create .torrent out of one directory, instead of a single file.

    you havent been keeping up with current news ayears.

    the rar ones are batkins' HQ(high quality) clips

    he made them that way because he is new to torrrents and didnt know how to do that, we have since rectified that situation.

    To create .torrent out of one dir is simply getting involved with one click with some BT client, say utorrent. It works like a charm.

    he would know it with your help.

    ^^I don't know how to set up a torrent ticket or whatever you're talking about, but I've been seeding the game since I got it. Right now it's going at about 8 Kb/s. I dunno why it's so slow.

    Sorry I'm telling about the first file you download when you click on the link. The file is about 13,5 kb, then with this file you can download the torrent...

    the tracker index(main page) is up and operating, the problem is on your end

    if you cant access the tracker, then having the torrent file isnt gonna help you any.

    the main page you refer to *is* the tracker...and your bittorrent client needs to be able to contact it to find out where to get the pieces of the file from.
