This is probably the best response I have seen so far. But I don't see how James and Francis are both going to be averaging over 25 mpg. I know that they are combo guards, but there are not enough minutes in a game for both to average that number. Unless he has already factored in that Rafer will be traded afterall.

My Prediction: I wanted to say PUSH but I would not be upset, or surprised, if this team slows down at some point in the season and finishes 4th seed again. I think we will gradually get better through the season and then come Playoff time, that is when we make our mark. I still say we win 54. 2. Tracy McGrady will average UNDER 25 points this season. My Prediction: 20pts/game The only way I see either him or Yao putting up more, is if the other goes down for a significant amount of time. This team is too well rounded, "on paper". 3. Tracy McGrady will average OVER 6 assists this season. My Prediction: 7 assists/game There will a lot of assists to go around from added talent and more room to roam. 4. My Prediction: 11 rebs/game More oppurtunites from a more up temp game will get him about what he got last year. The only thing keeping him back from getting more is the activity from Scola, Hayes, Bonzi and company. 6. Luis Scola will play OVER 30 minutes per game this season. My Prediction: Our best all-around PF in years. Plus the Rockets will be playing small ball when Yao goes out, moving Scola to center for more minutes. BTW, an off thought, Scola WILL give Dirk a lot of frustrations on the defensive and offensive side of the ball. Book it! 7. Rafer Alston will shoot OVER 40% from the field this season. My Prediction: 42% My feeling is that he will shoot better just from the better looks near the basket. It helps that he wont have to play every minute of every game which will keep him fresh. 8. Mike James will play OVER 25 minutes per game this season. My Prediction: 30min/game With the glut of gaurds on this team, he is the best all-around. Can play defense, can drive the lane and hit the outside shot. No reason not to play him more than 25min/game, unless he dosnt pass or pass well. 9. Steve Francis will play UNDER 25 minutes per game this season. My Prediction: 20min/game Steve will have more of an effect with his emotion & heart than anything. So far, in the preseason, hes looked average, so its hard to take a serious side on this question... 10. Bonzi Wells will play OVER 25 minutes per game this season.
