I used to like Mike & Mike but now it feels like they are trying to hard and basically playing "characters" of themselves where the dialog often feels very staged.
Watching ESPN Sports Center is like you are in college fraternity house. So yeah, another "all of them suck" vote.
count.....chocula WHY THE HELL DOES HE TALK LIKE THAT?!?!? stephen A smith and jim rome are teh same dman person, except they're annoying for different reasons IMO Jim Rome is the worst!!!
I forgot about that guy that ESPNEWS brings on sometimes, I think his name is DJ Gallo. He comes on and tries to be funny or some type of comic relief for the show but fails miserably.
Stephen A. Smith by far. He is the only one that I absolutely can not and will not listen to. I don't like most of the other ones, but they are bearable.
I think it may be easier to come with a "Whose good at ESPN?" poll The only guys I like associated with ESPN are: Bill Simmons Ron Jaworski Rachel Nichols (its the red hair) Mike Tirico thats about it
If Michael Irvin is still doing their NFL Countdown show, he needs to be added to this list. My favorite guy on ESPN is Schlerek (sp).
Really? I can understand the hair thing, but she is a terrible reporter. I can't stand how stiff she is on camera. I swear she's a robot.
Tougher question would be which ESPN personalities do you enjoy. I like Mike & Mike, Ric Bucher, Marc Stein, Mark Shlerth, and John Clayton. Enjoy the PTI guys, esp. Kornheiser on MNF. Obvious bonus points to Erin Andrews. Worst: Dick Vitale Stephan A Smith Sean Salisbury Anyone associated with Around the Horn, going triple for Woody Paige and Bob Ryan Bill Walton Chris Berman, whose shtick is so stale, forced, and overdone it can induce a stroke Evan
I don't know why people dislike Sean Salisbury. I like the guy. He keeps it real. He may not always be accurate and as knowledgeable as some other guys like Schlereth but he comes off to me as more sincere than most hosts. The answer to this question is simple. Skip Bayless. There is absolutely nothing to like about him. He is about as knowledgeable as a pencil sharpener, worse still, always thinks he knows it all, has this annoying high pitched voice and screams at everyone even when he's interviewing them. I can't imagine how they can keep him on payroll.
