Has anyone noted yet if Steve Francis still looks like he has his athleticism? I think that is one of the keys to the season.

are u sayin that a 30yr old can't jump as high and run as fast as a 27 yr old?

let me present a fact:
1987 - 27 yr old dominique wilkins lost the dunk contest
1990 - 30 yr old dominique wilkins won the dunk contest

Funny what chronic tendinitis can do to your capabilities as far as running and jumping are concerned. Btw, the green font was annoying and unreadable.

I consider myself to be an optimistic realist. I want Stevie to come in and play great, but I don't have any false notions of his remaining athletic ability.

dude he's just not as athletic anymore.. he can still cut, maybe shoot a little, but he's just a shadow of what he used to be.

Hey, that unreadable green font prompted me to try the dark background and I'm thankful for it. I didn't even know the site even had a dark background. Personally, I can't read a bright background all day, so this is much easier on the eyes.

And she's right, the green text isn't nearly as annoying against the dark.

Rockets will be hard pressed to win that game on Nov. 6. It's the second night of back to backs with the first being against Dallas. Man I hate the way the NBA schedules the Rockets. I was looking at the schedule and November is murder for them. They have to play San Antonio twice, Dallas twice, and Phoenix twice and play Utah the second game in the season. They play the Mav's and the Spurs back to back, later play San Antonio and Phoenix on back to backs, then play Phoenix and GS on back to backs. If they can get through November above .500 with new players and new system, I'll be happy.
