Hard Drive Cloning Software and/or Hardware

    Are there any programs or hardware tools that any of you have used or are using that are good and fast at cloning hard drives? I am needing one that can be configured to match various hard drives and not just one, if that makes sense. It also has to be pretty cheap or as cheap as possible, say under $500. Any suggestions?
