Was that ch. 51 or 55? I miss the days of watching grainy, shifty Rockets broadcasts. (yeah right...)

It was the music channel broadcast on CW39's digital channel 306. It was, for the most part, all music - and pretty good music at that.

Ahh, ok. At first I thought it was about the broadcast channel you had to yank the rabbit ears around for. "Turrrrn on the Tuuuube!" Heh...

    never heard of that channel.

That stinks........whenever I couldn't find anything decent to watch (which is more often than one might think), I'd always put it on the Tube.

I fall asleep every night watching this channel. Well, used too...this sucks.

Thanks though for helping me discover Citizen Cope. Big fan.

    Dang!

Whenever I had commercial time on live TV I flipped over to The Tube. Ususally always pretty good music, maybe a little repetitive but still , It will be missed. Where else are you going to see Led Zepplin and KT Tunstall video's back to back?

Frankly I don't know how that business model could miss unless they had to pay royalites to the artist for the video's. Seems like you could run it with 10 employees. If they did get killed with royalties then it just shows how stupid the music suits are, it was free advertising.

Talk about repetitive; I think Mojo has 10 music shows they show over and over. They were good and I was pumped about Mojo and then they never showed anything new.

But..if you haven't seen The Gorillaz Live In Harlem show, check it out. I'm sure Mojo will have it on again sometime thisweek.

it was like jack fm but of music videos. i too don't know how it failed... maybe they needed more commercials, but i guess they couldn't prove ratings so nobody would pay to advertise???
