This really gets him a leg up on the R-O-Y race as well. This is especially true because Brand has been player very well lately--yet Steve played even better. It may very well be Steve-Brand-Odom in the voting, a lot of the season is left.
This is the first time a rocket has been honored POW in over 3 years (olajuwon back in november 96 when averaging 28 points as the rocks went 6-0). Man, i just hope all these recent accolades francis has been collecting won't get to his head. Otherwise, things will REALLY FALL APART.
