Anthony Falsone is still on Yao Ming's payroll; he was in China in July assisting Yao Ming in his rehabilitation/conditioning, but had flown back to USA in early August, when Yao Ming was busy in his wedding/honeymoon.

He will surely rejoin Yao Ming when he returns to Houston on October 4 for the preseason training camp.

Yao caught a cold yesterday but he scored 37pts in today's game CHN 75-66 Sydney Kings.

Statline : FG 12/17, FT 13/16, 12 Rebs and 6 Dunks

after a hard foul in face, Yao was infuriated.

Oh the irony! Hakeem actually spent most of his summer here in Houston. During which time he trained with Yao (1 day) and Josh Smith.

Is it just me, or has Yao's vertical improved a little bit? At least he looks like his jumping now.

I think you're wrong. The CSKA Moscow had not arrived and so did their cheerleaders. And if you watched carefully, the words on the ad board in the background are in Russian and so are the spectators.

I think all those photos in sina.com photo gallery are photos of the Russian cheerleaders performing in Russia or Euro League, but they are not yet in China.
