Okay, so I know it's already the day after Turkey Day, but I didn't think about it yesterday, so in the Thanksgiving spirit, here are things (basketball-related) that I am thankful for, in no particular order: - Steve and Cuttino are healthy (sort of) - The Rocks have stayed over .500 (knock on wood) - Our rooks look really exciting - Kevin Willis - Walt's big game against the Mavs - Rocks are competing with their Texas rivals - Blazers and Jazz SUCK!!! - Steve and Cuttino, period - Rudy T - Rudy T's fun hick analogies - Bill and Calvin (even though they annoy me sometimes) - that the Rockets are still the HOUSTON Rockets - every single player on the roster except for Kelvin Cato - the fact that the Rockets, despite successes so far, still have SO MUCH FARTHER to go - Clutchcity.net, of course - Doc Rocket, Oeilpere, and Clutch - ZRB for making me feel like a remarkably non-schizo Rockets fan(j/k, man ) - the fact we have championships (unlike Utah, Portland, etc., etc.) - our memories of Hakeem and glory - bright future (almost-present) - the game of basketball - that basketball doesn't even make the top 1000 list of things to be truly happy for - and that you guys/gals can compile a much more witty, profound and elegant list than this Happy (Day-After) Thanksgiving! and GO ROCKETS! GO ROCKETS! GO ROCKETS!
