I would add the game/s where Texas barely one. But this one...man, this was sad. TAMU was pathetic.

True about Big 12, but hey Troy ... almost defeated FSU last year... almost. :)

There's plenty of room on the UH bandwagon

No, really, we have tons of room. Please come to our games

Every conference has had its share of embarrassment this year with the exception of maybe the Pac10. The Big 10 has sucked royally, I need not mention Michigan, but when Minnesota is getting knocked off by Florida Atlantic, they got probs. SEC has some top teams but some disappointments like Auburn. ACC hasn't been hyper impressive. It just happens in an imprefect world some predictions will be wrong and some will be right.

What does the little "20" number next to A&M's name in the scoreboard means and why does Miami not have one?

    EDIT
Never mind... I know now... Spencer Tillman right on the money a day before:

Actually, most of the big high schools in Texas are running offenses that are more complex than A&M's these days. I'm being serious.

Agree with whoever said beating UT last year was the worst thing that could have happened to A&M's program because it gave Fran another year. It shouldn't take 5 years to 'rebuild' a program these days, especially not one with the facilities A&M has.

    Fran needs to go.

Damn, look what someone already did to his Wiki page.

Aggy fans have to be pretty upset about this one. I mean your coach says that hey "we just lost to a better team". What a loser....

#20 in the country after narrowly escaping a double OT against a powerhouse like Fresno State???

Cant wait until the October 13th!

0U will probably steamroll through the Big 12. (I'm still holding out hope on playing spoiler on 11/24.) But I've watched a lot of LSU and Florida, and 0U better hope that they get to play USC. Because LSU or Florida would play Miami to 0U's Texas A&M. Those two teams are really on a different level from the rest of the country.

This game once again proved why it is so stupid to have polls. The first poll shouldn't be until after the 2nd week of October. A&M had no business being ranked in the top 25.

Exactly! Pre-season polls are dumb. After that crap game against Fresno State, they should have dropped out of the Top 25 immediately.

Agreed. One benefit is the first two weeks of football would be extra intense as teams jockey for position.

UH played a better Miami team last year and only lost by 1pt. They could have even won the game if Jackie Battle does not fumble the ball.

    P.S.
Ouch! Miami fans chatting OVERATED on ESPN!
