Damn I hate the look on the players faces in the games. They look like dogs or something. They are constantly looking everywhere else except where the ball is. It looks stupid, like robots or something.

Use the lead pass button and there is not a problem. B on Xbox, O on PS. Problem solved. On 2k6 they would keep running w/ icon passing, not 2k7.

Oh thank you for reminding me. I completely forgot that the whole thread was in reference to a video game and not the real NBA.

Yeah, he's a great dunker. I think he won the college dunk competition over James White. But I guess he's not doing too well in the NBA. He's number 5 on this list.

David Noel went to North Carolina. He was overlooked because the other starters on the National Championship team were all lottery picks.

And you like NBA Live? WOW. You must be trying to look for things that are wrong with the game. There is no way to enjoy it if you keep TRYING to find things wrong with NBA 2K. Face it, 2K has surpassed NBA Live and isn't looking back. You need to make the switch just like other Live players have done.

I did. And it was an eye opener. I couldn't believe I stuck with live for that long when 2k was THE best basketball sim out there. Live is just out there for the money. Trust me bladeage, switch to the goodside. Its better here.... :D

Great thread! Thanks for the RATINGS info. I am sure operationsports will have a ton of screens up with the full rosters and ratings pretty soon. if anyone sees them post them in this thread.

    - Francis, James, Bonzi ratings seem solid
    - LOL at Alston's rating! seriously! I am thinking he is close to a 75.
    - Yao below Amare? hardly! I guess they dont take into account Amare's defense.
    - Battier should be up a point or so.
    - Would have liked to see Scola at least get a 77,78 rating. I think he should be around there.

i think live's player model's and faces are much better than 2k8's, but 2k has them beat in overall look and animation. when i got on a roll with the spurs i loved how the crowd was standing up. live has shown enough improvement on the demo for me to give it a rent, but i'm sure i'll be getting 2k8 this year.

I buy both every year, and this year will be no different except, I think I might actually be getting two solid games this year opposed to only one.

Yao STILL isn't the number one center....his and Amare's ratings should be switched around...what a friggin' joke.

Oh, and why does T-Mac have the beard and sleeve, circa 04-05?

Yes why Amare is better than Yao cause what? Maybe they did it cause Amare had a season after injury...
