crums17, I have reported your post and wouldn't be surprised if you were banned in short order. I understand your frustration with attempting to argue with your intellectual superiors, but please try to refrain from such vulgarity. It really exposes your mental weakness.

    GOOD DAY

You sound young, crums17, so I will give you information to digest.

One of my college era running buds and I were chatting on the telephone several months after the 2004 election had been decided. He doesn't care about politics and had no axe to grind.

We were talking about his Vietnam experiences and the Swift Boat issue came up. It turns out he was attached to the administrative command over Kerry's unit. He told me the Swifties ... as you call them ... were accurate in their claims but really didn't provide all the dirty laundry they could have.

At any rate, I trust his word more than most, especially a politician with an agenda. That's all I'm going to say on the matter.

Actually you are wrong on the counts except carrying a camera into NAM, which was common practice back then. Are you going to slander all the troops who served in Nam and brought their 8mm cameras with them?

Are you going to slander all the troops in Iraq who brought their cam corders with them?

You are wrong about every single other thing in your post.

I said that as a veteran and a real conservative that doesn't appreciate being whored out by jokers that consider themselves intellectuals, yet also consider the words damning vulgarity.

Oh, I didn't realize your friend said that. I take everything back.

Forgive me if I'm not impressed by your friend's insights from his desk job 30 some odd years ago.

I forgive you. Personal freedom, free speech and the pursuit of truth obviously are not your objectives.

Umm, yeah. I was pretty up-front about that. This is a little awkward.

You should check out Thomas Sowell's Black Rednecks and White Liberals. It's a Bush confidant explaining how rednecks are genetically inferior to everyone else.

Remember, reporting me won't keep your kids out of special ed. Talk to a professional about it. They are what they are, just as you are what you are.

I shouldn't have picked on you, I'm sorry.

In real life I handle people like you much better. Your condition isn't as obvious in text.

So the libs negotiated a better rate, GOOD FOR THEM....the Repubs should try to do that, maybe the illegal war wouldn't be costing us so much.

Uh, they did. Two days later Giuliani ran a pro-America ad in the NY Times, and they were guilted into giving them the same "family discount" that they gave the radical islamocratic sect from MoveOn.org who are trying to destroy our military.

Funny how branding Democrats, including military veterans such as Inouye, Murtha, Carter, Kerry and Cleland, as traitors has been such a large part of the right's political discourse for ages, yet now all of the right-wing punditry is feigning offense at the MoveOn ad for daring to question Petraus

I didn't know that Petraeus faked three superficial wounds to go runnin' home to momma early on a technicality like Forbes Kerry did.

Max Cleland and Daniel Inouye are so hardcore that they hacked off their own limbs to get out of the war

Nobody questioned Dole's service or patriotism. Nobody accused him of being a traitor.

say what you will about forbes kerry, but he volunteered to go to vietnam while your precious was a draft-dodging male cheerleader.

and i love how you bush-boys say "forbes" kerry, slighting him for his wealth, when your precious and his family have more money than kerry could ever marry into.
