    He is trailing Patrick Willis of SF by a large margin for rookie of the week, let's see if we can tighten the margin and even get Amobi who had about as impressive a week as an interior lineman can have the W.

    defensive tackles very rarely get any love in these rookie votes, most people will vote for an offensive skilled position player or a linebacker.

    How can you not pick Amobi?

    Both sacks on 3rd down and a forced fumble. That's huge.

    Willis with 8 tackles is leading? Uh, okay.

    2 sacks from a DT is much more impressive.

    Voted several times. It's rare for any DT to be in the backfield as much as Amobi was, especially a 19-year-old rookie against a good OL.

    I've seriously got a man-crush on the kid. He is a wonder to watch.
