I've been a fan for a LONG time - longer than some of you have been alive - and I still do not get the fascination with uniforms and alternate jerseys. What is the deal with that?

I don't care if they play in pink tutus as long as they are winning. Can someone please explain the fashion obsession?

That jersey looks really perfect. I would love Rockets to have them But I'm not sure ther're gonna have alternate jerseys

 

It looks pretty sweet with my new kicks. My new airforce ones, or my new jordans or my new over priced shoe that i saw this fat rapper wear.

 

Some people actually buy and wear their team's jerseys.

These people also have color combinations they happen to like.

If it's within reason, these people like for their team to have a uniform available that conforms more to their tastes.

Black and red is a popular fashion combination.

 

if you look into the lower left hand corner, you will see Rocketeer's name and the year 2005.

if you see really badass pics and they have the site name on them, odds are its Rocketeer's work.

I agree. It's one of my fave wallpapers. It's actually surprising to find an "old timer" that hadn't seen it before.

 

I agree but not at all. That's all great as long as they're winnnin' but personally I hate our Home uniforms and an old home court so I'm very excited about new court and I would do the same thing with new jerseys

Agreed, to an extent.

I'll root for them no matter what, but there's no way and hell I'd rock a pink tutu to a game. Nor would I wear one when going out.

However, I own a T-Mac home and Yao away jersey and I wear those all the time. Point being, it is nice to be able to support the team and look good while doing it.
